Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Reelvilo ("Reelvilo," "we," or "us") is an AI video generation service at https://reelvilo.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse our website, sign in, or use our generation tools.
1. Information we process
Google account information. When you choose Continue with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile photo, when provided. We store authentication records and session information to maintain your account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Google Drive, Gmail or Calendar.
Your content and projects. We process prompts, project names, selected model settings, reference files and links you provide, generation estimates, task status, generated videos and project activity. Please obtain permission before uploading another person's personal information, image or voice.
Technical and support information. We and our infrastructure providers process information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, security events and errors. If you contact us, we process your message and the contact information you provide.
2. Drafts, uploads and generation
Images selected for a draft are previewed in your browser. Video and audio references may be sent to our server when selected so that we can check their format, duration and other technical limits; this inspection does not itself start generation or save the file to your account's media storage.
When you start a submission while signed out, we save the current draft and selected files in your browser so that they can be restored after sign-in. Draft restoration is available for up to one hour. Expired drafts are cleared when checked, and signing out clears the current browser draft. You can also remove local data through your browser settings.
After you sign in and explicitly submit a generation, input files are uploaded to private storage and processed with your brief. The generation provider receives the information needed to run the selected model. Signing in or returning from Google does not automatically start generation.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, keep projects associated with your account, validate media, prepare estimates, generate and deliver videos, maintain the service, respond to requests, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal requirements. We do not use Google account information to train generative AI models.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our service agreement for account and generation features, legitimate interests for proportionate security and reliability measures, legal obligations where required, and consent where applicable. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Who receives information
- Google provides sign-in and processes information under its Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare provides hosting, network security, database and private media storage.
- Generation providers process submitted prompts, relevant settings and input media. The current integration uses fal.ai. Provider processing and retention can vary by provider and selected model; see fal's Privacy Policy. Future models may use additional providers, which will be identified before their use.
- Authorized service operators may access information when needed for support, maintenance, security or responding to a verified request. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.
Projects are not made into a public gallery by default. Generation providers may receive temporary signed links to input files. Anyone holding a valid signed link can access that file until the link expires, so these links should not be shared.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use authentication and security cookies to keep you signed in and protect the login flow. Browser storage supports temporary drafts, account change notifications and interface state. The current application does not include advertising or marketing analytics trackers. Blocking necessary cookies or storage may prevent login or draft restoration from working. Google and Cloudflare may use their own technologies when you interact with their services.
6. Retention and deletion
Account information and projects are retained to provide your account and saved work. Projects do not currently have an automatic expiry period. To request access, correction, export or deletion of your account and content, contact us at hi@reelvilo.com using the email associated with your account. We may verify ownership before acting.
We will assess and respond to requests under applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal obligations or resolving disputes, and copies in backups or records held by independent providers may remain subject to their retention processes. Signing out ends the session; it does not delete server-side projects. You can also remove Reelvilo's Google access in your Google Account settings.
7. International processing and security
Our service providers may process information outside your country. Cross-border transfers are subject to applicable data protection requirements. We use HTTPS, access checks and private media storage to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security; keep your Google account secure and avoid submitting information that you are not authorized to share.
8. Your rights and policy changes
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant privacy authority. Contact hi@reelvilo.com to make a request or ask a question.
Reelvilo is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and address it.
We will update this policy as our service changes and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes or seek consent before new uses of information.
