Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the service provided by Reelvilo at https://reelvilo.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it. You may browse available information without signing in; generating videos and accessing private workspace features require an account.

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Contact us if you believe your Reelvilo account has been used without permission.

2. The service and generation estimates

Reelvilo provides AI generation tools. Available models, supported inputs and output settings may change. Review the selected model, settings and displayed estimate before each submission. Each new generation is a separate task. Signing in does not itself create a generation, subscription or recurring charge. Any payment obligation must be disclosed separately before you agree to pay.

AI outputs may contain errors, unexpected changes or material similar to other outputs. We do not guarantee a particular result, factual accuracy, uniqueness, uninterrupted availability or that generation will meet every instruction. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. As between you and Reelvilo, we do not claim ownership of your inputs or generated outputs. The rights available in an output may depend on applicable law and the selected model's license or provider terms; these terms do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or unrestricted commercial use.

You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display your submitted content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, including through infrastructure and generation providers. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your inputs and intended use of outputs, including consent where required for a person's likeness, voice or personal information.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Reelvilo to violate law or others' rights; create child sexual exploitation material or non-consensual intimate content; commit fraud, impersonation or harassment; upload stolen credentials or malicious files; bypass access controls, moderation or usage limits; or access another person's projects without permission. Applicable generation provider restrictions also apply to the models you use.

5. Third-party services and privacy

Google provides authentication, Cloudflare provides infrastructure, and external providers run generation models. Their availability and applicable terms may affect the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and share it to operate these features.

6. Suspension, closure and changes

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk or legal requirement, with notice where practicable and appropriate. You may stop using the service and request account and content deletion through our contact address. Keep your own copies of important outputs; the service is not a permanent archive.

We may update features and these terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for losses, refunds where applicable and disputes remains subject to applicable law; no mandatory consumer protection is waived.
